Job summary

IBEX GLOBAL Manila is a facilities-driven environment seeking a Facilities Supervisor to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and sanitation across its office facilities. You will oversee preventive maintenance, supervise site helpers, and coordinate supplies, equipment, and external contractors.

The role requires a diploma or associate degree in construction or electrical, a supervisory certificate, and hands-on experience in facility management with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Diploma in Construction or Electrical or related field.
• Must have a Supervisory Management Certificate.
• Minimum of three years Supervisory experience in Facility management.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance and Facility operations is necessary.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Preventive Maintenance Program for office buildings and properties.
• Supervise Site Office helpers/housekeeping/janitorial services.
• Coordinate acquisition and distribution of office supplies, appliances, equipment and furniture, and other related spares as required.
• Oversee repairs, rehabilitation and construction projects - supervise planned refurbishing/maintenance works carried out by external contractors/tradesmen/laborers.
• Perform minor repairs to infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment, escalating when beyond competency.
• Conduct daily facility walk-through to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of floors, carpets, and waste management on a regular schedule.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and keys.
• Seek out and implement facilities improvement activities and projects.
• Coordinate with Site Director/Ops. Managers for issue resolution.
