Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for TP Fairview, Metro Manila. The role is on-site at our Fairview location, reporting to the Facilities Manager, with responsibilities spanning daily maintenance, inspections, preventive programs, and emergency responses.

We seek 1 year of maintenance supervision experience, HVAC focus, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of safety and regulation compliance. Driver’s license and after-hours availability are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as maintenance supervisor or senior technician in a commercial facility.
• HVAC experience only for this role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, facilities.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop a maintenance team.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in maintenance management and computerized work orders.
• Valid driver’s license; available for after-hours emergencies.
• Certificate in building maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices; budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate team members to high standards.
• Inspect building infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems regularly.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and extend assets.
• Manage maintenance requests and prioritize tasks by urgency and impact.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls to ensure business continuity.
• Document maintenance activities, servicing, and repairs accurately.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; reorder as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regs.
• Mentor maintenance staff and share best practices and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with external contractors for quality workmanship and cost efficiency.
• Report performance metrics and budget expenditures to management.
