Job summary

Mercialco is recruiting a Facilities Project Manager in Ortigas, Pasig City to oversee the full life cycle of non-electric projects, from planning through to handover. The role emphasizes space optimization, policy development, and cross-disciplinary design integration to ensure quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will lead architectural and engineering design efforts, coordinate with contractors, and maintain compliance with international and local standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 2+ years in design/construction for facilities, buildings, or property development.
• Diploma or certification in Construction/Project/Facilities/Property/Urban Planning/Asset Management preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and related design software.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and safety practices (BOSH).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of NEPs including planning, design, surveying, costing, construction, QA and documentation.
• Develop policies and standards for lands, spaces, buildings, and equipment.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering design across multiple disciplines to prevent clashes.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, quality, and budget requirements.
• Lead QA processes and supplier/contractor coordination for project execution.
