Job summary

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years in facility maintenance or project engineering, with BPO exposure considered an advantage. Strong budgeting and procurement understanding is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as project engineer or facilities maintenance/management.
• Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and supervises staff responsible for facility maintenance.
• Establishes schedules and methods for maintenance; allocates resources.
• Monitors supplies, orders tools, and prepares procurement documents.
• Prepares budget recommendations and cost estimates for equipment.
• Develops standards and procedures; ensures policy compliance.
• Coords training on maintenance and safety methods.
• Implements preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Acts as liaison with contractors and keeps records for audits.
• Reports to stakeholders and ensures timely, quality work.
