Job summary

MHI Investment Holdings Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Property Manager to oversee facility operations, safety, and occupancy readiness across tenant spaces. You will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with contractors, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role combines people, place, and process, requiring project management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive efficiency while maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment for employees and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 5–10 years in facilities management or property management.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role with tenant coordination responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance programs for buildings and equipment.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety and environmental regulations; act as PCO and SO as applicable.
• Manage budgets and procurement for facilities operations.
• Coordinate with contractors, landlords, and service providers to address repairs and improvements.
• Support occupancy objectives through tenant inquiries, site visits, and broker coordination.
• Lead safety programs, incident reporting, and emergency procedures.
