Responsibilities include defining and controlling CAPEX/OPEX budgets, coordinating with maintenance windows, leading end-to-end project execution, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and IMS standards.

Qualifications

• Registered PRC Licensed Engineer (Active & Fully Compliant).
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Civil).
• 5+ years of combined field maintenance and project management experience, including supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute CAPEX and project engineering plans to support long-term operational excellence.
• Formulate, present, and control CAPEX/OPEX budgets for executive approval.
• Lead end-to-end execution of process, non-process, building, and facility projects.
• Manage contractors and suppliers; ensure budgets, timelines, and quality.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and After-Action Reviews prior to turnover to operations.
• Track post-turnover KPIs to confirm operational improvements are achieved.

Education

Registered PRC Licensed Engineer

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Civil)

5+ Years of Combined Field Maintenance & Project Management Experience
