Job summary

SM City Grand Central is seeking a capable Facilities/MEPFS Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems within the mall. You will coordinate maintenance, manage contractors, and monitor utilities to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with professional licensure, and experience in supervising electro-mechanical maintenance for high-rise facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; professional license required.
• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and supervisory roles preferred.
• Experience with managing facilities for high-rise buildings and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEPFS operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems to ensure safe operation.
• Manage contractors and projects including bidding, inspections, and progress monitoring to meet standards and timelines.
• Ensure optimal utility performance through monitoring, analysis, and corrective measures on water and power usage.
• Support tenant coordination by reviewing MEPFS plans, inspections, and addressing service concerns.
• Promote safety and professional development by enforcing safety standards and facilitating training.
