Job summary

The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the building’s maintenance, cleanliness, and safety for a stand-alone or mall-based store in Cebu City. You will supervise general maintenance and ensure operations comply with site standards.

Responsibilities include vendor management, tenant coordination, and implementing emergency procedures and security standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) required.
• Minimum two (2) years working experience in Property/Building/Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise general maintenance and engineering.
• Assist in the implementation of site-specific facility operation standards and processes (e.g., emergency procedures, facility initiatives and security standards and processes).
• Facilitate Vendor Management.
• Monitor Tenant relation and coordination.
