Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma Qualification in Facility Management or Equivalent.
• 1 Year of Facility Management Experience preferably in Office Operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee & lead Technicians on preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Supervise on-site contractors and third-party vendors, ensuring all repairs and servicing comply with service level agreements
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect defects, manage the fault reporting system, and troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate critical issues, provide technical recommendations
• Prepare maintenance reports and manage inventory for repairs
