Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Facilities Officer in Cavite to ensure a safe and well-maintained work environment for a top-tier team. You will manage maintenance, supplies, and facilities operations across the site, coordinating with vendors and financial staff to keep assets in top condition.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, Business, or Facilities Management and at least 1 year in related fields. Shift-based work and a focus on safety protocols are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Facilities Management required.
• Experience in Admin and Facilities Management, Hospitality, Design and Architecture is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and supervise housekeeping and security staff and manage vendors.

Responsibilities

• Balance efficiency and aesthetics of facilities.
• Perform regular maintenance to keep facilities and equipment running smoothly.
• Manage inventories of office and cleaning supplies.
• Create monthly, daily, and annual reports on supplies requisition and costing.
• Monitor and maintain office housekeeping.
• Process purchase requisitions efficiently.
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, bulbs, outlets, and restrooms for good condition.
• Be a reliable contributor in the Deliveries department.
• Receive and account for incoming office equipment and fixtures.
• Coordinate with Financial Analysts to ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time.
• Maintain a COVID-19 free workplace and enforce new normal protocols.
• Ensure surroundings are orderly so employees can focus on tasks.
