Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advantage)
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in facilities management
• Experience in office administration, building maintenance, vendor management, and facilities coordination
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask
• Willing to handle both facilities management and receptionist responsibilities in a small office environment
• Willing to work onsite 5 days a week in BGC, Taguig City
• Available to start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office and facilities operations to ensure smooth and efficient workplace operations
• Serve as the office receptionist, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and managing incoming calls
• Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related concerns and requests
• Coordinate with building administration, property management, contractors, and external service providers
• Monitor office cleanliness, safety, security, and general maintenance
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office facilities, including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and office equipment
• Conduct regular facility inspections and arrange preventive maintenance as needed
• Monitor office supplies, equipment, and maintenance inventory
• Manage service requests, maintenance schedules, and related documentation
• Assist in receiving deliveries, managing office records, and performing general administrative tasks
