Job summary

SPX Express in the Philippines seeks a Facilities Manager to lead hub repairs andMaintenance across electromechanical systems. You will plan preventive/corrective maintenance, prepare scopes, and liaise with procurement and vendors for repairs and projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience, including contract management, and strong English/Filipino communications. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience and contract management experience.
• Facilities management and process improvement experience is required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and strong English/Filipino communication.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge with the facilities/hub related repairs (MEPFS).
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance of applicable electromechanical system.
• Prepare Scope of works, initiate coordination with procurement and vendors for all facilities related repairs and projects.
• Manage and oversee repair and improvement projects within the facility/hub.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prevent operational disruptions.
