Core Duties & Responsibilities:

The position is primarily responsible in supervising the work of the facilities maintenance team in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment including the routine safety inspection. The Building Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the building systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil works and other auxiliary systems) are in good condition and properly maintained.

He/ She is in charge in coordinating/corresponding with the service providers/ contractors, and record keeping.
