Job summary

Megaworld Corporation seeks a licensed facilities professional to supervise the Facility Management team and oversee daily maintenance operations at Festive Walk Mall Iloilo Business Park. The role includes coordinating with tenants, managing service providers, and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a related field and is willing to be stationed at Festive Walk Mall Iloilo.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a licensed professional.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Willing to be assigned to Festive Walk Mall Iloilo.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Facility Management team, labor organization and work scheduling.
• Manages day-to-day facility and maintenance operations.
• Schedules, monitors and conducts preventive maintenance and repair.
• Monitors service providers as per contract.
• Assists in obtaining quotations and negotiating new maintenance contracts.
• Participates in tenant coordination meetings.
• Involves in return and hand-over of tenants premises.
• Monitors and supports tenants’ reconstruction works.
• Participates in cost estimation and monitoring of reconstruction works.
• Secures installation and dismantling of events and promotions.
• Provides advice on technical, facility and maintenance and safety matters.
• Adheres to relevant safety rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Willing to be assigned at Festive Walk Mall Iloilo.
