Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Team Lead to oversee maintenance, administration and continuous improvement of workplace facilities within a manufacturing environment. You will ensure operational efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance, while managing facility projects and service providers.

The role requires leadership of day-to-day operations, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration, with onsite assignment in Danao, Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer preferred.
• Minimum five years of facilities management experience.
• Strong background in facility and property management and preventive maintenance.
• Budgeting, asset management, project management and capacity planning skills.
• Certification in Pollution Control or Safety Officer is a plus.
• Experience managing outsourced service providers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, utilities, buildings and grounds.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, health and safety compliance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for HVAC, genset, CCTV, fire protection and related systems.
• Manage workplace services including security, housekeeping and reception.
• Develop and monitor facility budgets, asset replacement plans and expenditures.
• Drive facility improvement, office optimization and capital projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support operations and compliance.
• Promote sustainability, safety, business continuity and continuous improvement.
