NCII in Electrical, Air Conditioning or related.
At least 1 year experience in maintenance or technical works.
Experience in buildings, facilities or construction is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Experience in electrical maintenance is considered an advantage
Conduct daily inspections of building equipment (pumps, gensets, air-conditioning).
Responds to and fix minor repairs and tenant concerns.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and system breakdowns.
Monitor utilities usage (water, electricity) and report abnormalities.
Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance records.
