Job summary

Qualifications

• At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of contractors and vendors on-site.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to extend equipment lifespan.
• Identify health and safety hazards and ensure safe use of facilities and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and scheduled maintenance routines.
• Perform minor repairs such as patching, painting, and hardware fixes, and general upkeep of the building and grounds.
• Maintain and repair building systems and equipment for optimal operation.
• Provide observations and suggestions for the improvement of facility systems and equipment.
• Conduct technical and safety audits of managed properties and recommend action plans based on findings.
