Job summary

CDO Foodsphere, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in the Philippines to plan, coordinate, and execute facility maintenance, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage work orders, budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a BS Civil Engineering, a licensed Civil Engineer, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong project management with cost estimation and MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
• License: Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Technical Skills: Facility maintenance, cost estimation, project management, MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil, structural, roofing, plumbing, and drainage repairs.
• Develop and implement PM programs to prevent major facility failures.
• Plan and monitor building renovations, expansions, and technical scopes of work.
• Coordinate with service providers and ensure safety and GMP/GWP compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, monitor maintenance budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support internal, safety, and regulatory audits with thorough documentation.
• Guide and develop the building maintenance staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
