Job summary

John Clements Recruitment, Inc. seeks a Facilities and Maintenance Engineer for Lipa City. You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, plant facilities, and supporting utilities, ensuring reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Certified Plant Mechanic (CPM).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, manufacturing plant maintenance, utilities operations, or industrial plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, plant machinery, and building facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and plant facilities.
• Coordinate with operations and supervise service providers.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and PEZA regulations as applicable.
• Provide emergency maintenance support when needed.
