Job summary

John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is seeking a Facility Supervisor I RME REE or RCE for Tanauan City, Batangas, Philippines.

The role involves supervising facility technicians, monitoring equipment, and ensuring both corrective and preventive maintenance within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate holds an Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or chemical) with licensure preferred, and has at least 3 years of related manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer.
• At least 3 years of related experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the facility technician and ensure operation and monitoring of facility equipment.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Check contractor work permits and assess construction risk.
