Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking an Admin Supervisor to oversee the company’s non-living resources including vehicles, equipment, and facilities. You will ensure that all necessary permits and certificates to operate equipment or facilities are in place and kept up to date.

You will also ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety practices, emergency response and fire prevention, while leading a team to manage fleets, facilities and related budgets.

Qualifications

• Oversees non-living resources including vehicles, equipment and facilities.
• Ensures permits and certificates to operate equipment or facilities are in place and up to date.
• Ensures compliance with government policies on Occupational Health and Safety, Emergency Response and Fire Prevention.
