Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking an Equipment Technician to ensure the reliability, safety, and upkeep of facilities and equipment across multiple brands. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and provide hands-on support to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Building Maintenance.
• 1–2 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in food/beverage or retail industries.
• Must be knowledgeable in repairing and troubleshooting Mixer, Fructose Machine, Water Heater, Ice Blender and Induction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for store and office equipment (HVAC, lighting, exhaust, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, plumbing).
• Ensure facilities and equipment are in good working condition to support daily operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls from stores, warehouses, or offices.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, or plumbing issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or specialized work.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for repair tasks.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and schedules.
