Job summary

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking an Equipment Technician responsible for ensuring proper functioning, safety, and upkeep of facilities, store branches, and equipment across multiple brands.

The role covers preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and providing technical support to maintain smooth operations. Travel to branches is required and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a vocational/technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Building Maintenance.
• 1-2 years maintenance experience in food & beverage or retail.
• Knowledgeable in repairing and troubleshooting mixer, water heater, ice blender, induction.
• Able to read technical manuals and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of store and office equipment.
• Repair HVAC, lighting, exhaust, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and plumbing.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs.
• Maintain maintenance logs and inventory.
• Ensure safety compliance and support energy efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in store openings, renovations, and inspections.
