Job summary

Fresh N' Famous Food Inc.- Chowking in the Philippines is seeking an Engineering Technician to monitor and repair refrigeration, power, steam, and compressed air systems, and to perform preventive maintenance for production and utility equipment.

The role involves data gathering, condition monitoring, and troubleshooting equipment failures while ensuring safety and SOP compliance. Candidates with at least 1 year in food/FMCG manufacturing and an engineering degree are preferred.

Qualifications

Engineering graduate with preference for Industrial Technology.
Minimum 1 year experience in food/FMCG manufacturing.
Experience in preventive maintenance, PLC, operations, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of maintenance on production and utility equipment in food/FMCG is preferred.
Ability to lift at least 20 kg.

Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration, compressed air, power, and steam systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, data gathering, and condition monitoring.
Provide technical services for installation of production, utility, and support equipment.
Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs and maintenance programs.
