Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer (PRC).
• At least three (3) years supervising repair and maintenance across multiple sites.
• Experience in CAPEX & OPEX budgeting is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and overtime as necessary.
• Open to field work and occasional travel.
• Willing to be assigned at Head Office, San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of technicians (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil works, etc.) for repairs and maintenance.
• Manages a team of administrative coordinators to ensure permits and materials are in place for repairs and maintenance.
• Develops, maintains, and implements monthly work plan activities for the Engineering Group.
• Delivers cost-effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
• Monitors preventive and corrective action) for all equipment and treatment programs.
• Ensures tools, spare parts, and operating supplies are defined and sourced to maintain inventory.
• Ensures housekeeping and safety rules/regulations are followed at all times.
• Monitors costs and identifies efficiency improvements in tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Prepares annual department budget and related reports.
• Performs other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the head.
