Job summary

Leslie Corporation is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Bukidnon. You will drive improvement and expansion of plant operations with focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years in project engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and a strong grasp of project management principles. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to deliver costed, compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the Manufacturing or Construction industry.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Must be willing to work in Manolo Fortich, BUKIDNON.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in developing project plans and timelines for structural improvements and expansions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction contractors to design and implement new facilities and upgrades.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
