Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and system controls to keep building operations compliant and efficient.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and handling of hazardous materials and keep the workplace clean and safe.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation within design parameters.
