Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a licensed ME/EE Building Engineer to monitor and maintain building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, energy management, and compliance with safety regulations.

The position requires 2–3 years of facilities management experience, physical fitness for site work, and strong proficiency in MS Office. It offers a full-time permanent role with competitive benefits and probationary period.

Qualifications

• Licensed ME/EE with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management (exposure in BPO industry is a PLUS).
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with implementing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
