Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Licensed Electrical Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs across buildings and facilities in Mabalacat, Pampanga. The role involves supervising contractors, monitoring systems, and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience as a Property/Facilities Engineer and is able to work from Monday to Saturday in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer with an active license.
2–3 years of work experience as a Property Engineer/Facilities Engineer.
Willing to be assigned at Mabalacat, Pampanga.
Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Performs complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds.
Monitors building system operations and performance under limited supervision.
Inspects fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design capabilities.
Oversees and inspects work performed by outside contractors (landscaping, HVAC, cleaning, etc.).
Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
Maintains maintenance and repair records; estimates time and materials; orders supplies.
Maintains an energy management program to minimize operating costs.
Maintains building lighting system and performs related repairs.
Responds to emergencies and performs other duties as assigned.
