Job summary

Arquee Corp is seeking a licensed Facilities Engineer to oversee engineering operations, preventive maintenance, and technical management of commercial high-rise buildings in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. This on-site role requires a PE license and hands-on experience with MEPF systems.

The successful candidate will ensure building reliability, regulatory compliance, and timely resolution of tenant technical concerns, while coordinating with contractors and ESPACE Leasing Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) with a PRC license.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in commercial high-rise building operations or facilities management; preferably 3 years.
• Experience in occupied office towers, Grade A commercial buildings, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and building safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations of assigned commercial high-rise properties.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular building inspections and monitor critical equipment performance.
• Ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and maintenance concerns.
• Address tenant engineering concerns and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor tenant fit-out works and compliance with building requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and turnover activities with contractors and vendors.

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Facilities Engineer to oversee the engineering operations, preventive maintenance, and technical management of commercial high-rise buildings under ESPACE Leasing Management.

The successful candidate will ensure building systems reliability, regulatory compliance, efficient maintenance operations, and timely resolution of tenant technical concerns.

• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and building inspections.
• Experience in tenant fit-out monitoring, contractor supervision, and technical coordination.
• Knowledge of building safety requirements, regulatory compliance, and utility management.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and technical reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Building Operations and Maintenance

• Oversee daily engineering operations of assigned commercial high-rise properties.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular building inspections and monitor critical equipment performance.
• Ensure timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and maintenance concerns.

Tenant Technical Support

• Address tenant engineering concerns and coordinate necessary corrective action.
• Monitor tenant fit-out works and compliance with building technical requirements.
• Coordinate technical inspections, repairs, and tenant turnover activities.

  Contractor and Vendor Management

  • Supervise building maintenance personnel and third-party service providers.
  • Monitor contractor performance, maintenance schedules, and service quality.
  • Verify completed maintenance works and recommend corrective measures.

  Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with applicable building, fire safety, and occupational safety requirements.
  • Maintain equipment inspection records, maintenance reports, and technical documentation.
  • Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare regular engineering and maintenance reports for ESPACE Leasing Management.

  Preferred Candidate Profile

  We highly encourage applications from licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineers with at least 2–3 years of direct experience in commercial high-rise building operations, preferably with established property management companies managing Grade A office towers or commercial developments.

  Candidates must have hands-on experience in MEPF operations, preventive maintenance, tenant technical coordination, and contractor supervision.
