Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC and other MEPF systems in commercial buildings. The role requires hands-on management of chillers, boilers, gensets, and electrical/mechanical infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience and hold RME/REE licenses, with strong facilities management capabilities and a focus on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Solid hands-on experience in operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems, particularly Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, GenSets, Boilers, Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems

Educational & Professional Requirements

Technical & Industry Experience

Candidates Should Have Solid Hands-on Experience In The Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Management Of Building Facilities And MEPF Systems, Particularly

Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Generator Sets (GenSets), Boilers, Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems

Exposure To The Following Property Types Is Highly Preferred

Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Hotels, Corporate Tower, Other Commercial Properties

Employment Arrangement

• 2-year fixed-term employment, with potential for regularization based on performance and business requirements
• Reports directly to the Operations Lead under the Commercial Properties Group
