Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Electrical Engineer (REE) with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join our building engineering team in Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate will oversee operation and maintenance of building facilities in commercial properties. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day engineering operations, coordinating preventive maintenance, reviewing drawings, and ensuring safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Currently employed as Senior Building Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar.
• RME or REE license is required.
• Experience with building facilities and MEPF systems including chillers, HVAC, cooling towers, GenSets, boilers.
• Experience with commercial buildings, office buildings, shopping malls, hotels, corporate towers.
• No age restriction.
• Maintain records and support improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily engineering operations and report system performance.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning for equipment and infrastructure.
• Review engineering drawings and documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of building facilities and MEPF systems, particularly:

Chillers

HVAC Systems

Cooling Towers

Generator Sets (GenSets)

Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems

Exposure to the following property types is highly preferred:
