Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Senior Building/Facilities Engineer to join our team in Makati. You will oversee operations, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot MEPF systems across commercial properties.

The ideal candidate holds a licensed PE (RME/REE) and has 3+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on skills in chillers, HVAC, boilers, gensets, and electrical/mechanical building systems. Workdays are Mon-Sat with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing building facilities and MEPF systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and preventive maintenance of building facilities and MEPF systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and manage maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with property teams for building operations.

Pay: ₱30,000.00 - ₱35,000.00 per month

Target Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates currently employed as Senior Building Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, or in similar roles within the Commercial Property, Property Management, or Facilities Management industry.

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience

Technical & Industry Experience

Candidates Should Have Solid Hands-on Experience In The Operation, Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Management Of Building Facilities And MEPF Systems, Particularly

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• For Makati, Laguna, Pasig, and Quezon City
  Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 55,000
  Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• For Baguio
  Salary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000
  Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Preferred Experience: Around 2-3 years relevant experience
