Job summary

SPi Global (now Straive) is seeking a Facilities Manager in Metro Manila to oversee the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and systems, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, conducting inspections, coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety training, tracking expenses, and coordinating with internal teams to implement emergency response plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering
• PRC License (Registered) preferred
• 1–2 years in Facilities Management, preferably in BPO
• Solid technical expertise in maintenance and operation of facilities/equipment
• Working knowledge of construction projects and project management
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• Safety Officer training/accreditation is an advantage
