Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; licensed engineer (PRC Board Passer required).
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in facilities management, engineering projects, or construction project execution.
• Knowledge of project management processes: scope, cost, schedule, close-out.
• Ability to interpret engineering design plans, drawings, and calculations.
• Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and plant management projects across all phases: initiation, planning, execution, close-out.
• Prepare and review scopes of work, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specs.
• Coordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations for safe, compliant execution.
• Evaluate bids and contracts for equipment upgrades and construction works.
• Create design plans, calculations, and construction drawings for implementation.
• Lead internal and external coordination meetings with stakeholders and regulators.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, progress billings, and financial reporting.
