The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for leading major facilities projects, including production layout improvements and infrastructure upgrades. It provides technical expertise in managing utility systems with a strong emphasis on efficiency, reliability, and long‑term maintainability. The position ensures all plant equipment and utilities remain in optimal operating condition through effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs to prevent operational disruptions. It also ensures full compliance with all relevant external regulatory requirements, including PEZA, DOLE, the National Building Code of the Philippines, and Building Administration standards.
