Job summary

Bank of Commerce (Philippines) seeks an experienced facilities support lead to manage payments, contracts, and site operations across BankCom facilities. You will oversee monthly bill reviews, contract renewals, and vendor performance, ensuring compliant and timely payments nationwide.

The role requires coordinating with senior officers and service providers, maintaining safe work environments, and supporting operational requirements for bank facilities across the country.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or admin support roles.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Proficiency in payments processing and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and checks payments for all facilities’ monthly bills (rent, utilities, membership).
• Ensures timely renewal of contracts with service providers.
• Monitors TPSP performances and deployment on site.
• Ensures timely payments of utilities, rent, association dues, permits, and real property tax.
• Assists in processing RPT and related permits BankCom-wide as needed.
• Processes regulatory permits for BankCom buildings to operate legally.
• Ensures uninterrupted cellular connections by timely bill payments for bank-issued phones.
• Processes renewal and new applications of cellular units and landlines nationwide.
• Handles reimbursement processing for parking of identified personnel.
• Ensures third-party contractor adherence to safe working environment in BankCom facilities.
• Manages relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Performs other functions as directed when needed.

Job description

Leads the team that handles support services to the bank.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews and checks payments for all FMD managed facilities’ monthly bills (rent, utilities, membership etc.)
• Ensures timely renewal of contracts with service providers.
• Monitors TPSP performances and deployment on site
• Ensures timely payments of BankCom’s rented and owned units’ utilities, rental, association dues, various permits, real property tax and a like
• Provides assistance BankCom wide in processing RPT and other related permits as deemed necessary
• Processes regulatory permits needed by BankCom buildings for them to operate under the existing laws of the area
• Ensures that all Senior Officers and employees with company issued phones will have uninterrupted cellular connections by ensuring timely payment of its bills
• Processes renewal and new applications of cellular units and landline for BankCom nationwide
• Handles the processing of reimbursement for parking of identified personnel
• Ensures adherence of third-party contractors to a safe working environment to all BankCom Facilities
• Manages the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Performs other functions as directed when needed
