Job summary

VEDRANA HOLDING PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a facilities/operations professional to manage building systems and daily operations across multiple properties in the Philippines.

The role includes coordinating emergency procedures, budget-conscious procurement, and ensuring compliance with building codes and local regulations. You will work with local fire departments and officials and report to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all Building Systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and sanitary are functioning properly and effectively.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the building.
• Assist in developing and implementation of emergency procedures for fire, weather, power outages etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that cost for procurement is within the Annual Budget.
• Ensures compliance with Building codes and other regulations.
• Coordinate closely with fire departments and local building officials to ensure that all regulations are being met.
• Monitor and initiate renewal before deadlines of Permits and Compliances to all properties.
• Assist in the development of the building operational plan and annual budget
• Make recommendations to Property Manager regarding operational and key staffing changes
• Perform related duties as assigned by Property Manager
