Job summary

Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate, licensed Mechanical Engineer, to monitor critical rooms/data center areas onsite and ensure optimal operation.

You will perform emergency maintenance and coordinate with building personnel. The role requires understanding electrical plans and single-line diagrams, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring site utilities, forecasting consumption against budget, and coordinating with vendors to guarantee 100%

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong understanding of electrical plans and single-line diagrams.
• Experience in data center or critical facility environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical rooms/data center rooms onsite to ensure optimum conditions.
• Perform emergency maintenance/repair.
• Monitor compliance of preventive & corrective maintenance, as well as condition of equipment and other systems within the building.
• Monitor site utilities and assist in forecasts of consumption based on budget.
• Initiate meetings with different Resource units, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure 100% uptime.
• Assist with major project renovations and coordination with building personnel and other departments.
• Ensure that site is compliant to all regulatory requirements from the LGU and other related government agencies.
