Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience in lead gen.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or clients.
• Strong tracking knowledge: Pixel and CAPI.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Clear, friendly communicator.
• Available to work mostly EST hours.
• Looking for a full-time, long-term role.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, optimize Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns across client accounts.
• Improve cost per lead while maintaining lead quality.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and lead forms.
• Create and test ad creative and copy (images, carousels, video).
• Run A/B tests and guide budget/targeting decisions.
• Review lead quality in our CRM so campaigns are judged on results.
• Report on performance in clear terms clients can understand.
• Stay current on Meta platform and policy changes.
• Work closely with our client relationship team to keep campaigns aligned with each client’s goals.
