Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred but attitude and ability to learn are valued.
• 1-3 years of hands-on Meta ad campaign experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads metrics and campaign performance.
• Analytical thinker who can explain why an ad is working or underperforming.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta campaigns across assigned markets.
• Monitor campaign and creative performance and identify what is working and what isn't.
• Analyze winning and losing ads to understand why they perform differently.
• Develop new creative ideas, hooks, messages, and test different concepts.
• Translate findings into clear briefs for video editors and designers.
• Test different creative concepts, offers, messages, and landing pages.
• Conduct market and competitor research to find new opportunities.
• Coordinate with landing page team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Review test results and decide what to scale, stop, or test next.
• Track experiments and learnings to inform future work.
• Collaborate with team members to turn insights into action.
