Job summary

STERRY, a Growth Marketing Agency, is hiring a Video Editor for fully remote work. You will craft high‑performing video ads from concept to final edit and optimize for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

We seek 3–5 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure brand alignment and campaign success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of video editing and/or digital advertising experience.
• Proven track record of high‑performing video ads for online platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate and edit film pieces so edits are seamless to the audience.
• Take briefs to understand production needs and specs.
• Review script/footage to create shot lists emphasizing value and continuity.
• Trim footage and assemble sequences.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to elevate production value.
• Create rough and final cuts with high quality control.
• Ensure logical sequencing across deliverables and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders through production to post‑production stages.
