Job summary

Boomering Inc. in Clark Freeport Zone is seeking a Façade 3D Modeler to prepare façade shop drawings from architectural and structural drawings, and develop 3D models for fabrication.

You will coordinate with project managers and engineers, create BOMs, and ensure designs are practical for fabrication and installation. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD is required; Revit is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have technical drafting/architectural background.
• 2+ years for façade 3D modeling and drafting experience.
• Experience with shop drawings and fabrication drawings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare façade shop drawings based on architectural/structural drawings.
• Produce 3D technical drawings for construction and fabrication.
• Review documents to develop coordinated façade details and layouts.
• Develop 3D models of façade components and BOMs for production.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site/factory teams.
