Job summary

Boomering is seeking a skilled Façade 3D Modeler to join our Clark-based design team. You will prepare façade shop drawings, develop detailed 3D models, and create BOMs for manufacturing, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and shop floor staff.

Applicants should have a technical diploma or degree in drafting or engineering, at least 2 years of façade modelling experience, and proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (Revit knowledge a plus).

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2+ years of façade 3D modelling and drafting experience.
Experience with façade systems (curtain wall, windows, doors, etc.).
Ability to develop 3D models and fabrication drawings using parametric workflows.
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare façade shop drawing submissions based on architectural and structural drawings.
Produce accurate 3D technical drawings for construction and fabrication.
Review documents to develop coordinated façade details and layouts.
Develop parametric 3D models of façade components, assemblies, and systems.
Create BOM and fabrication information for production.
Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, site teams, and factory personnel.
