Job summary

Boomering Inc is seeking a Façade 3D Modeler in Angeles City, Philippines. The role focuses on producing accurate façade 3D models and shop drawings to support fabrication and installation tasks.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, developing BOMs, and ensuring designs are practical for manufacturing. A technical drafting background and experience with facade systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal training or degree in drafting or architectural/engineering field.
• 2+ years of façade 3D modeling and drafting experience including shop drawings.
• Experience with façade systems and fabrication drawings preferred.

• Create accurate 3D technical drawings for construction and manufacturing.

Position Title: Façade 3D Modeler

Work Set-up: Work from Office/ Boomering Clark

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PH Time

Holidays: PH Holidays

Salary: 40k to 50k

Your Responsibilities as a Façade 3D Modeler:

• Prepare façade shop drawing submissions based on architectural and structural drawings, ensuring designs are coordinated and suitable for consultant review and approval.
• Produce accurate and comprehensive 3D technical drawings, including both shop drawings for construction and fabrication drawings for manufacturing.
• Review architectural, structural, and specification documents to develop coordinated façade details and system layouts.
• Develop parametric 3D models of façade components, assemblies, and systems to support fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Create Bill of Materials (BOM) and relevant fabrication information for production.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, site teams, and factory personnel to resolve design queries and ensure designs are practical for fabrication and installation.

Qualifications as Façade 3D Modeler:

• Technical diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of façade 3D Modeler and drafting experience, including shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Previous experience working for a façade contractor or specialist façade subcontractor is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience working with façade systems such as curtain wall, windows, doors, louvers, skylights, and sheet metal cladding.
• Experience developing 3D models and fabrication drawings for manufacturing, ideally using parametric modelling and sheet metal design workflows.
• Highly competent in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Revit and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings, with the ability to translate design intent into coordinated shop drawings and manufacturing information.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and practical understanding of fabrication and installation requirements.
