Job summary

Boomering Inc. in Angeles City, Philippines invites a qualified Façade 3D Modeler to join our Clark office. You will prepare shop drawings, build 3D models, and coordinate with engineers and PMs to ensure fabrication-ready details.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in façade modelling, strong knowledge of curtain walls and sheet metal, and proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Office-based role with standard 7:00 AM–4:00 PM hours.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of façade 3D Modeler and drafting experience, including shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with façade contractor or specialist façade subcontractor preferred.
• Experience with curtain wall, windows, doors, louvers, skylights, sheet metal cladding.
• 3D modelling and fabrication drawings for manufacturing, preferably parametric modelling and sheet metal workflows.
• Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD proficiency; Revit and MS Office helpful.
• Strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings and fabrication/installation knowledge.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare façade shop drawing submissions based on architectural and structural drawings.
• Produce accurate 3D technical drawings for construction and fabrication.
• Review documents to develop coordinated façade details and layouts.
• Develop 3D models of façade components to support fabrication.
• Create BOM and fabrication information for production.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, and factory personnel.
