Job summary

Solenergy Systems Inc. is seeking a dedicated Fabrication Documentation & Quality Coordinator to support our manufacturing projects in the Philippines.

You will maintain trackers, organize documents, track QA/QC, analyze data, and coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to keep projects on track. Qualifications

• Maintain and update fabrication progress trackers for all ongoing projects.
• Monitor work schedules, material usage, and resource allocation to ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks, or discrepancies and upscale to management or relevant teams.
• Organize and maintain all fabrication-related documents, including drawings, work orders, inspection reports, and certificates.
• Ensure proper version control and accessibility of documents for internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and dashboards as needed.
• Track inspections, test results, and approvals to ensure QA/QC standards are met.
• Maintain records of non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and compliance documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing organized, accurate documentation.
• Analyze fabrication data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress and quality reports for management review.
• Assist in creating KPIs and dashboards to monitor fabrication performance.
• Act as a liaison between fabrication teams, engineers, project managers, and clients regarding progress updates and documentation needs.
• Communicate status updates, discrepancies, and follow-ups clearly and promptly.
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in documentation, tracking, and reporting processes.
• Suggest and implement improvements to standardize and streamline operations.
