GOLDEN ABC, INCORPORATED is seeking a Merchandise Specialist to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, manage supplier accreditation, and maintain merchandise documentation. The role involves organizing fabric presentations, monitoring purchases, and maintaining fabric and sundries libraries onsite in Quezon City.

Candidates should have a fashion merchandising or related degree, strong coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile and Fashion Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; merchandising, sourcing, buying, apparel or garment experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of fabrics, garments, trims, sundries, and apparel production processes preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to support merchandising operations.
• Facilitate supplier accreditation and submission of samples for assessment.
• Manage merchandise-related documentation and library records.
• Organize fabric and sundries presentations and coordinate with brands.
• Monitor purchases and supplier communications; generate delivery reports.
• Maintain fabric and sundries libraries and administer related admin tasks.
