Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced FAAS Manager to lead Record to Report activities within its Global Delivery Services in the Philippines. The role emphasizes IFRS/US GAAP proficiency, consolidation, and technical accounting research.

You will manage a 6–10 person team, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to business development and training initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a CA/ACCA/CPA or MBA with 7–12 years of relevant experience, including entity/BU reporting and MIS.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA/CPA or MBA with 7–12 years in entity/BU reporting
• Strong IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and UK GAAP familiarity
• Experience with SAP and financial close processes
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and consolidation
• Oversee journal entries, allocations and intercompany activity
• Guide team of 6–10, including engagement PMO activities
• Ensure KPI/SLA adherence and quality of client service
• Develop SOPs and end-user training materials
• Support business development activities with Senior Managers
