Virbac Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated Technical Support to Sales professional to join our animal-health family.

You will provide specialized technical assistance to veterinarians, farmers and customers, helping them select the right products and resolve issues, with an emphasis on accuracy and service. This role supports sales teams with product knowledge, handles inquiries, and contributes to education and training efforts.

Technical Support to Sales provides specialized technical support to internal and external customers including veterinarians, pet owners, farmers, consultants, etc.

• Evaluates product needs in accordance to customer's technical specifications.
• Handles customer inquiries and education of products.
• Collects information on and handles technical issues and complaints, reporting these back to the company.
• May assist sales and marketing by providing technical knowledge and support, ensuring all marketing and promotional materials are technically accurate.

A Specialist applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency:

• Work is closely supervised.
• Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex.
• Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
